This is the public-facing profile owners and prospective residents see when they visit your community URL.
Edit the copy + contact info shown on your public community page. Empty fields fall back to community defaults. Use the toggles below to hide entire sections.
These are what appears on the public page. Internal board email/phone (set in Community Settings) stay private.
Uncheck anything you don't want publicly visible. Owners always see everything once signed in to the portal — these toggles only affect the public-facing page.

When published, the community has a public-facing profile page anyone can visit (board members, announcements, documents, amenities). Preview from the Public Page tab in the sidebar before publishing.
These values appear as estimated lines in the P&L until you record actual transactions, and feed both the Annual Budget and the Balance Sheet. Set what you know — they update everywhere automatically.
Permanently delete this community. This wipes everything: units, owners, board roster, dues schedule, documents, transactions, announcements, bank connection, and the community record itself. There is no undo.
Update amounts when dues change. Changes apply immediately to dashboards, AR, and Ernie. Owners see the new amount the next time they refresh the page.
Your bank credentials are handled by Plaid and never stored by ManagedWell.
Let owners pay assessments online via card or ACH. Funds flow directly from owner → HOA's Stripe → HOA bank account. Owners cover the processing fee so the HOA always receives the full assessment.
No processor fees on either side. Owners send via their bank's Zelle or their Venmo app; the board confirms receipt when the deposit lands. Configure the handles you want to accept; leave blank to hide.
Direct sync with QuickBooks Online is on the roadmap. In the meantime, use Export Excel / PDF / CSV on the P&L, Transactions, and Aging reports — those formats import cleanly into QB.
Toggle amenities on/off and configure reservation settings.
Add community-specific facts that Ernie should know — rules, contacts, local info, vendor details. These supplement Ernie's training.
Customize the sidebar colors to match your community branding.
Control what all owners can see. Board members always see everything.
Using one shared password for every owner is not secure. If one owner shares it (or leaves the community), every owner's account is exposed. ManagedWell now generates a unique random password for each owner when you add them or import a roster, and we recommend each owner change it on first login.
The legacy shared-password field below is retained only as a fallback for communities that haven't migrated yet. Leave it untouched and rely on per-owner credentials.
Only set this if you intentionally want a fallback password that any owner without their own credentials can use. New imports and Add Owner now generate per-owner passwords automatically.
